Hard Dry	:	16 hrs
Substrate	:	PU 2K LTC Clear GLC – 61 should be applied on base coats with properly done paint work sanded and degreased
Thinner	:	GT – 60 – 30%
Pot Life	:	At 30º C at 2 hrs
Recommended Coats	:	2 full coats. Recommended film thickness at least 40 microns
Interval  time in between coats	:	5 to 10 minutes
Polishing	:	PU 2k GLC Clear GLC – 61 can be sanded after 4 hrs with fine papers and then polish by hand or machine
Other tips	:	1. For optimum application ensure both spray temperature and paint temperature are above 20º C. 2. Clean the gun immediately after the use of 2K products thoroughly.

 

Glossy’s PU 2K Solid White (+) GC – 25

Product Description	:	Glossy PU 2K Solid White (+) GC – 25 is a high solid acrylic top coat. It gives a smooth high gloss coating in final appearance.

Hardeners	:	GH – 131 (in a ratio of base : Hardener=2:1) GH – 141 (in a ratio of base : Hardener=4:1)
Drying time (Air dry)	:
Dust Free	:	20 minutes
Tack Free	:	2.5 hrs
Hard Dry	:	18 hrs
Substrate	:	PU 2K Solid White GC – 25 should be applied over properly primed surface with sanding and degreasing properly done
Thinner	:	GT – 60 – 30%
Pot Life	:	At 30° C 2 hrs
Recommended Coats	:	2 full coats. Recommended final film thickness should be at least 50 microns.
Interval  time in between coats	:	5 to 10 minutes
Polishing	:	2K Solid White (+) GC – 25 can be sanded after achieving full hardeners with fine papers and then can be polished by hand or machine.
Other tips	:	1.  For optimum application ensure both the temperature of spray booth and paint are above 20 °C.            2.  Clean the gun immediately after the use of 2K products thoroughly.
